I'm Rachel Lasry, an owner's representative for commercial and residential projects. Nearly two decades on the developer side taught me how projects actually get built, financed, and delivered. Now I put that to work for you.

WHAT I DO

Think of me as your point person on the project.

I oversee your project on your behalf, whether it's a commercial build, a ground-up development, a renovation, a new home, or an apartment overseas. I coordinate the team, keep things moving, and make sure every decision lines up with what you actually want.

I'm not the GC and I'm not the project manager. The GC builds. The PM handles logistics. I represent you. That distinction matters more than most people realize.

THE ADVANTAGE

I didn't learn this from the outside. I lived it for nearly 20 years.

I went from mortgage underwriting to COO of a development and investment company, managing everything from land acquisition and construction financing to investor relations and project delivery. I scaled the equity investment side from 3 deals a year to 50 at its peak.

I know how contractors price, where budgets carry extra margin, and what lenders need to see. But this work isn't just about the build. I spent years as the central point of contact between investors, sponsors, attorneys, lenders, and families with real money on the line, keeping complex deals moving with patience and genuine care for the people involved.
